Occidental Isla Cristina Hotel, Isla Cristina

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room, although beautiful and with a lovely view of the pool, was noisy due to its location near the reception and entertainment area. The bed, however, was unbelievably comfortable with plenty of pillows. The service provided by staff members like Raul, Rhiana, Rafael, and Salvador was exceptional, making my son and me feel truly valued. On the downside, the location was not ideal due to the presence of seaweed preventing swimming near the hotel. The dining experience was good overall, offering good value, and the facilities met my expectations.

The hotel is in a convenient location, close to the beach, but cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms need improvement. The service was friendly, and the dining experience was satisfactory with some minor inconveniences. The facilities were adequate, but there were some issues with room essentials.

The hotel offers really comfy large twin beds and plenty of food choices, despite some old rooms and the presence of ants and dirty windows. The service is helpful and courteous, especially from the lovely lady Adrianna in the restaurant. Although the location has some areas full of rubbish and uneven paths, it is within walking distance to the beach. The dining experience is great with amazing food and drinks, although there may be queues for coffee. Overall, a good value for money stay with clean and spacious rooms.
